We are hiring a Director, HR Business Partner in London to support Field Sales / GTM leaders and people managers across Europe, APAC, and the US. This is a global, high-impact individual contributor role with additional HR responsibility for Europe as a region. You’ll work closely with senior Field Sales and GTM leaders globally, coaching and advising them, driving people strategies, and leading change across a fast‑scaling SaaS organisation. You will act as the HR lead for the London office, partner with TA, Total Rewards, HR Ops and COEs, deliver and localise global programs, and use people insights to influence decisions.
The role requires strong HRBP experience supporting GTM teams, deep understanding of HR practices and frameworks across the UK and Europe, and the ability to operate effectively in a global matrix with teams in the US and India. You will play a key role in organisational change, scaling efforts, leadership coaching, and ensuring alignment of global HR initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong HRBP experience supporting Field Sales and GTM teams in a global SaaS or tech environment is required.
- Deep understanding of HR practices, employment frameworks, and operating context in the UK and Europe is essential.
- Experience working across global environments, with familiarity in the US and APAC.
- Background in matrixed, high‑growth, fast‑paced organisations.
