As a Lead - Account Executive, you will drive growth and consistently exceed revenue goals within a defined territory. You’ll win new (strategic/enterprise) accounts, strengthen relationships with existing customers, and apply your SaaS expertise to engage effectively with both business and technical decision-makers.

Execute the Sales Process:

  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closure, to deliver predictable, high-performance results.
  • Build trusted executive relationships, address diverse business challenges, and position Freshworks as the partner of choice.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and contribute to a culture of shared success.
  • Travel, as required, to connect with customers, strengthen relationships, and represent Freshworks with purpose.

5 to 8 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience in mid-market or enterprise accounts, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycles, engage diverse stakeholders, and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Skilled in prospecting, pipeline development, and forecasting, applying a structured yet flexible approach to consistently meet targets.
  • Expertise in solution selling, with the ability to understand customer needs and position software solutions.
