As an Enterprise Account Manager, you’ll work with some of our most valued customers, helping them grow with Freshworks while building long-term, trusted partnerships. Grow key accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals, consistently surpassing revenue goals while delivering meaningful impact for customers.
- Build trust with executives by addressing critical challenges and positioning Freshworks as a partner that drives measurable business results.
- Execute the Sales Process: Lead complex sales cycles end-to-end, securing strategic wins and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Champion collaboration across teams to uncover opportunities, strengthen retention, and expand customer success.
- Travel, as required, to connect in person, foster relationships, and represent Freshworks with purpose.
5+ years of experience in SaaS or solution-based sales, account management, or customer-facing roles with a track record of success in an aligned territory.
- Consultative approach: experience working with enterprise customers, including senior leaders, exceeding goals, with a focus on long-term value creation.
- Domain knowledge: exposure to CRM, EX, CX, or ITSM solutions is a plus.
