FreshWipes is a fast-growing, purpose-led hygiene brand making waves in the FMCG world. Our rinse-free, biodegradable wipes and wash-free body care products are helping thousands stay fresh and confident, no shower required. We’ve been featured in national press, stocked online with Superdrug, Amazon, secured nationwide pharmacy and hospital shop distribution AND we have just signed with a major retailer.
The Role
This is a role for someone with 3 - 5 years’ experience in Marketing who’s ready to take more ownership, get closer to strategy and grow quickly with a scaling brand. You’ll take the lead on our social channels and play a key role in shaping campaigns across content, email, eCommerce, TV and retail marketing - with plenty of scope to learn and develop your skills across all areas. We’re not expecting you to know everything on day one. What matters most is that you’re proactive, creative, commercially minded and excited to build a brand with real momentum behind it.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Social & Content
- Own and manage our social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content that grows our audience and builds brand love
- Engage with our community and turn followers into loyal customers and advocates
- Spot trends early and turn them into content that performs
- Support and grow our Klaviyo email marketing (flows, campaigns, segmentation)
- Help improve performance through testing, learning, and optimisation
- Work with the founder to turn insights into stronger customer journeys
- Help manage and update our Shopify store (products, pages, apps, basic CRO)
- Work with our web team to improve UX and conversion
- Support launches, bundles, and promotional activity online
- Support product launches and seasonal campaigns across digital and retail
- Help bring brand stories to life across content, email, and POS
- Assist in creating marketing materials for retail and trade partners
- Track performance across social, email, and website
- Share insights and ideas to improve engagement, conversion, and retention
- Help us understand what’s working - and what isn’t
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who’s got a solid foundation in marketing and is ready to step up. You should have:
- 3-5 years’ experience in marketing as a Marketing Manager or Marketing Executive in either FMCG, beauty, health or lifestyle.
- Strong experience creating content and managing social channels
- A good understanding of what makes content perform
- Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
- Experienced in Canva
- Experienced using Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
- Experience managing agencies or freelancers
Most importantly, you are:
- Curious and hungry to learn
- A great sense of humour and a desire to be part of a fun, positive team culture.
