This is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of Freshwave's growth strategy. As Director of MNO Partnerships, you will lead our strategic engagement with the UK Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), shaping long-term partnerships that drive investment, innovation and commercial growth. You'll operate at executive level, ensuring Freshwave's infrastructure and connectivity propositions remain aligned to evolving MNO strategic priorities, investment plans and deployment requirements, while enabling and supporting the public and private sector teams to maximise MNO participation across strategic opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Owning and delivering against MNO sector growth and commercial targets.
  • Developing and executing the long-term strategic growth plan, spanning MNO partnerships, ODSC expansion and mast infrastructure.
  • Driving ODSC growth opportunities in collaboration with Mobile Network Operators.
  • Aligning MNO engagement with infrastructure and mast development strategy.
  • Ensuring Freshwave's connectivity propositions remain aligned to evolving MNO priorities and investment plans.
  • Identifying and developing new infrastructure acquisition channels to support future growth.
  • Enabling MNO participation across neutral host indoor and wider infrastructure deployments.
  • Supporting public and private sector teams in converting MNO-enabled opportunities across their markets.
  • Providing strategic leadership across acquisition and estates activities, aligning deployment plans with growth objectives.
  • Leading cross-functional collaboration and acting as a senior sponsor for complex commercial opportunities, ensuring alignment between MNO demand, delivery and commercial outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Deep understanding of Mobile Network Operators and the telecoms ecosystem.
  • Ability to align commercial strategy and propositions to evolving MNO investment priorities and long-term growth objectives.
  • Proven experience leading strategic partnerships or commercial functions at a senior level.
  • Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and commercial outcomes.
  • Ability to influence and engage executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience aligning cross-functional teams to deliver complex programmes.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure and deployment models.
  • Knowledge of outdoor small cells, mast infrastructure or neutral host solutions.
  • Knowledge of public sector connectivity and procurement environments (e.g. transport, smart cities).
  • Exposure to large-scale infrastructure or multi-stakeholder programmes.
