Freshwater Recruitment is working with a large, complex organisation undergoing a major Workday implementation. We are seeking 2 x Workday Training Specialists to play a key role in supporting employees through this change by designing and delivering effective training and engagement activity. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in fast-paced programme environments and has a strong background in Workday training, learning and change communications.
The Role
You will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering a comprehensive Workday training and learning approach, ensuring all impacted stakeholder groups are supported through the transition. Working closely with change, HR, payroll, finance, procurement and IT teams, you will help drive adoption and confidence in the new system.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver role-based Workday training, including face-to-face, virtual and e-learning solutions
- Create job aids, training materials and instructor-led content
- Coordinate training schedules and logistics across multiple teams
- Provide post-go-live support through refresher sessions and learning resources
- Work closely with change and programme leads to ensure aligned messaging
- Partner with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content
About You
- Proven experience delivering Workday training within HR and/or Finance implementations
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM and/or Financials
- Experienced in training design and delivery (face-to-face and virtual)
- Confident presenter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, LMS platforms and digital learning tools (e.g. Synthesia or similar)
