Freshwater Recruitment are working with a well-established business that are going through a major, enterprise wide transformation. We are looking to hire an experienced Transformation Manager to help drive key projects and deliver operational change across the organisation. This role would suit someone who is happy to work in fast-moving environments and has experience of delivering projects from initial idea through to successful delivery and adoption.

You'll be joining a growing, central Transformation function. The successful candidate will work across the business, building strong relationships with stakeholders while ensuring projects remain on track, aligned to business goals, and deliver measurable results.

The opportunity

As Transformation Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a variety of business change and transformation initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered effectively from planning through to implementation. You'll play a key role in helping the business improve processes, enhance customer experience, and embed new ways of working. This is a key role that requires confidence, adaptability, and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the business.

We're keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Proven experience delivering full lifecycle transformation or change projects
  • A track record of successfully managing projects from discovery and planning through to implementation and post-launch adoption
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience working within fast-paced commercial environments
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate changing business needs
  • Confidence leading cross-functional teams and driving accountability
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches
  • Project management or change qualifications such as PRINCE2 or Agile would be advantageous
