We’re excited to be working with a progressive, nationally recognised law firm to find a Senior Change & Innovation Advisor. This role offers the chance to shape the way a major organisation delivers transformation, while working at the heart of projects that have real business impact.

You’ll be joining a highly respected change and innovation team who lead on some of the firm’s most important programmes. This is a role where your ideas and leadership will make a visible difference.
What you’ll be doing:
- Taking ownership of your own projects, while also driving key elements of larger programmes
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver change
- Coaching and mentoring less experienced colleagues to help them grow
- Spotting opportunities to improve ways of working and introducing smarter, more efficient approaches
- Acting as a trusted advisor on how best to deliver transformation
About you
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Solid experience delivering change and transformation projects, ideally within professional services
- A good grasp of project management and change management practices
- A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and communication skills, able to inspire confidence, build relationships, and influence at all levels
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on delivery
