Freshwater Recruitment is working with a Law firm to recruit a Transformation Manager to join a Legal Operations team on a 15-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong project, transformation or change background to join a collaborative team and play a key role in supporting a range of operational improvement and transformation initiatives.
The Role
You’ll work across multiple projects, helping to bring structure, visibility and momentum to transformation activity. You’ll coordinate stakeholders, track delivery and provide clear reporting to ensure projects remain aligned with priorities and deliver measurable value.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating multiple projects and maintaining project plans, action logs, risks and issues
- Working with project owners and stakeholders to keep activity moving forward
- Supporting cross-functional transformation initiatives and facilitating effective collaboration
- Producing clear project updates, dashboards and reporting
- Monitoring project metrics and highlighting risks, delays and issues
- Supporting the development of project documentation and materials
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Supporting wider Legal Operations and Project Management initiatives
- Providing additional project and transformation support where required
About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident working across multiple projects and stakeholder groups. You’ll ideally have:
- An understanding of Legal Operations or Legal Project Management within a law firm
- Experience managing or supporting multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to analyse information and present it clearly
- A proactive and adaptable approach to changing priorities
- Experience working across different functions and levels of an organisation
- Knowledge of project management approaches or tools such as Agile, PRINCE2, MS Project or JIRA
- Strong data, reporting and presentation skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience supporting transformation or change initiatives
