This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technology adoption or change professional to play a pivotal role in helping the business maximise the value of its digital tools and modern ways of working. This role sits at the intersection of technology, people, and process. You'll work closely with business services teams and fee‐earning groups to design adoption strategies, streamline workflows, and ensure digital solutions are embedded into everyday practice.
The Role
- You will act as a champion for digital enablement across the firm.
- You'll support the rollout and ongoing adoption of tools such as Microsoft 365, Copilot and other AI‐powered solutions, combining hands‐on enablement with strong stakeholder engagement and product‐style thinking.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Design and deliver technology adoption strategies that drive real business impact.
- Lead workshops, coaching sessions and targeted enablement activities tailored to different teams and seniority levels.
- Engage proactively with stakeholders to identify skill gaps, challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Review and analyse business workflows, making practical recommendations to improve efficiency and collaboration.
- Build and enhance solutions using low‐code/no‐code tools such as Power Automate, Power BI and AI agents.
- Support roadmap planning, feedback integration and feature rollouts to ensure solutions remain aligned with business needs.
- Track adoption and usage metrics, using insights to continuously refine approach and demonstrate value.
- Build strong internal networks and user communities to encourage peer learning and sustained adoption.
About You
This role would suit someone who is passionate about making technology work better for people and enjoys operating in a fast‐paced, evolving environment. You will bring:
- At least 5 years' experience within a professional services environment (legal preferred), in technology adoption, change, training or product management.
- A strong track record of driving adoption for technology or business change initiatives.
- Confidence engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and its practical business application.
- Exposure to Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI) and low‐code solutions.
- Experience using AI‐powered tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT or similar technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience drafting clear, engaging business communications.
