Freshwater recruitment are working with a client to find an experienced Change Manager to support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. This is a high-impact role at the heart of a transformation programme, focused on ensuring employees and teams successfully adopt both technical and business process changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead change management efforts for allocated workstreams/business areas
  • Design and deliver change strategies, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management
  • Develop tailored communication, coaching, training, and sponsorship plans
  • Partner with project and HR teams to support organisational readiness and role definition
  • Act as a coach to senior leaders and managers, helping them support their teams through change
  • Evaluate user readiness and define success metrics to track progress

Experience:

  • Proven experience in change management within large-scale ERP transformation programmes, particularly SAP S/4HANA
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
  • Exceptional communication, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and independently manage multiple priorities
  • Cultural awareness and the ability to tailor approaches across regions

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large programme of work and be part of an established Change team. This is a fixed term contract opportunity that will start ASAP.
