Job Description
Freshwater recruitment are working with a client to find an experienced Change Manager to support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. This is a high-impact role at the heart of a transformation programme, focused on ensuring employees and teams successfully adopt both technical and business process changes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead change management efforts for allocated workstreams/business areas
- Design and deliver change strategies, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management
- Develop tailored communication, coaching, training, and sponsorship plans
- Partner with project and HR teams to support organisational readiness and role definition
- Act as a coach to senior leaders and managers, helping them support their teams through change
- Evaluate user readiness and define success metrics to track progress
Experience:
- Proven experience in change management within large-scale ERP transformation programmes, particularly SAP S/4HANA
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
- Exceptional communication, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and independently manage multiple priorities
- Cultural awareness and the ability to tailor approaches across regions
