Freshwater Recruitment is seeking an experienced and people-focused Change Manager for an exciting opportunity with a leading international media organisation. This is a chance to join a high-impact data and insights team that is driving business transformation across multiple markets.
The role involves supporting the adoption of data-led ways of working, helping the business transition through change by building trust, designing impactful communication and training strategies, and ensuring stakeholders are engaged every step of the way. You will work cross-functionally, collaborating with teams across commercial, digital, analytics, and technology functions to embed lasting transformation.
What you'll be doing:
- Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in for upcoming change initiatives
- Develop clear communication plans that explain the “why,” “what,” and “how” of change
- Lead training and onboarding sessions for new platforms, dashboards, and data tools
- Design and deliver change strategies that support the roll-out of strategic data initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and build feedback mechanisms to ensure adoption and continuous improvement
- Track key success metrics including adoption rates and user satisfaction
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of end-to-end change management experience, especially focused on behavioural or cultural change
