We are supporting a media client to find a Change Manager to work on a Finance transformation programme. This is an initial 12 month fixed term contract role, based in Manchester, 1-2 days per week in the office.

As Change Manager you will support the delivery of change activity across Finance, helping teams adapt to new systems, processes and ways of working within a complex organisation.

Working closely with the Change Management Lead, you’ll support change planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, training activity and change readiness across the programme. You’ll also help coordinate a Change network and ensure risks, resistance and adoption challenges are proactively managed.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Change Management roles
  • Experience supporting transformation programmes within large organisations
  • Strong understanding of Finance processes and Finance change
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience using change methodologies and tools
  • Change certification desirable
