About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic change expert to lead the Change Management on a large SAP S/4HANA across our manufacturing business.

In this critical role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive Change Management Strategy and framework, guiding stakeholders and leading a small team across Communications, Training, Change, and Organisational Development. You will work closely with senior leadership to embed new ways of working, ensure a smooth transition, and help realise the benefits of this major transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Head up and manage a small team of change, communication, training, and OD specialists
  • Design, implement, and oversee a robust change management framework and toolkit
  • Advise senior leaders, subject matter experts, and delivery leads on best practices for successful change adoption
  • Work with business leaders to drive engagement, ensuring they are equipped to champion the transformation
  • Align future business processes with new system capabilities and support the transition to new ways of working
  • Oversee and drive change communications and training initiatives to support impacted employees
  • Mentor and upskill the OCM team, embedding best practices in change management
  • Collaborate with HR and other transformation programmes to establish a unified change management approach

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven Change leadership experience in large-scale programmes, ideally ERP-related (SAP S/4HANA experience preferred)
  • Deep expertise in change management, business readiness, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to influence and coach senior leaders on change strategy and adoption
  • Strong analytical skills to define and track performance metrics during transformation
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across departments
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring abilities

This is an initial 12-month fixed term contract that could extend for the right candidate. This is a chance to lead the change on an enterprise wide ERP Programme.
