Change Lead

Freshwater Recruitment is partnering with a leading global professional services organisation to recruit a Change Lead on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a central Change Management team responsible for delivering transformation initiatives across an international business.

Working within an established Change Management team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of strategic change programmes. You will help ensure initiatives are effectively communicated, adopted and embedded across the organisation, working closely with project teams, stakeholders and leadership across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and growth of the organisation’s change management capability in line with strategic priorities
• Identify and manage people and organisational risks related to transformation initiatives
• Develop and deliver change approaches and plans that address impact, interdependencies and resistance
• Conduct change impact assessments with project teams, subject matter experts and stakeholders
• Identify and engage key stakeholders, enabling them to effectively support change deployment
• Support communication and engagement activities that drive awareness, understanding and adoption of change initiatives

Experience required

• Proven change management and business communications experience within a complex global organisation
• Experience working in matrix environments with diverse international teams
• Experience leading Change within a Legal or Professional services organisation
• Experience using collaboration and engagement tools to communicate across large organisations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a diplomatic, solutions-focused approach
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• A collaborative team player who thrives in delivery-focused environments
• A recognised change management certification (e.g. PROSCI, APMG) is highly desirable
