We’re looking for someone brilliant at keeping things organised, on track, and moving forward—to support Headstart, a programme that’s helping to reshape how England restores its rivers and wetlands. It’s a big, collaborative project (lots of partners, lots going on), so this role is right at the centre of making it all work.

Day to day, you might be:

  • Keeping meetings, actions and plans organised
  • Supporting budgets, invoices and financial tracking
  • Helping coordinate partners and keep everyone aligned
  • Making sure nothing falls through the cracks

You don’t need to come from an environmental background—but if you like the idea of your work contributing to nature recovery, that’s a big plus.

We’re looking for someone who’s:
