We are exclusively hiring for a Senior Product Manager to join a leading B2B SaaS company in the UK. As the Senior Product Manager, you will lead initiatives focused on product growth, customer adoption, platform engagement, and user experience improvements. You'll collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Data teams to deliver impactful product enhancements and drive business outcomes.
As the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Driving product growth, customer engagement, and retention across a rapidly scaling SaaS platform.
- Owning and optimising the customer journey, from onboarding and activation through to expansion and renewal.
- Identifying opportunities to improve product adoption, customer value, and overall user experience.
- Enhancing platform capabilities through customer-driven insights, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Using data, analytics, customer feedback, and experimentation to inform product strategy and prioritisation.
- Working cross-functionally to define KPIs, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable business impact.

As the Senior Product Manager, you will have the following experience:
- Strong commercial Product Management experience within a B2B SaaS environment.

- Proven track record of using data, analytics, and experimentation to improve product performance and customer outcomes.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, including activation, retention, engagement, churn, and expansion.
