- Responsible for managing the crops.
- You will work closely together in a team of growers with innovative technology.
- You will train, supervise and coordinate the activities of employees and the incentive program to increase labour efficiency.
- You determine the quantities of resources required (personnel, raw materials, etc.) and ensure timely and efficient procurement and compliance with budgets.
- You plan and supervise maintenance work and solve problems with equipment.

- You closely monitor and follow the progress of the crops and act preventively in case of deviations and optimise the processes.
