We’re a growing outsourced management consultancy working with a diverse client base, from ambitious startups and entrepreneurs to established medium-sized companies. Our clients include IT professionals, influencers, dropshippers, and businesses in the advertising and marketing space, as well as many other sectors. We support business leaders with operations, growth management, and practical execution that delivers lasting value.
Following recent growth, we’re expanding our team and are now hiring an Administration Executive. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-focused, and keen to build a strong foundation in business operations within a consulting environment. You’ll play a vital supporting role in keeping client delivery, internal systems, and day-to-day operations running smoothly, while gaining exposure to how a modern consultancy operates behind the scenes.
This is a hands-on administrative and operations role, working closely with the Client & Operations Coordinator and the founder. You’ll be responsible for supporting internal processes, coordinating documentation and reporting, and ensuring operational tasks are completed accurately and on time. The role offers exposure to client work, consulting projects, and the internal operations of a growing consultancy.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting day-to-day operations and administration across the business.
- Preparing and maintaining reports, trackers, and internal documentation.
- Assisting with finance and administration tasks, including invoices, reconciliations, and supplier coordination.
- Managing calendars, meeting logistics, and internal scheduling.
- Supporting contract preparation, compliance tasks, and record-keeping.
- Maintaining and improving internal systems, templates, and workflows.
- Assisting with research, data gathering, and basic analysis for client projects.
- Using AI tools and automation to streamline reporting, documentation, and routine tasks.
- Providing ad-hoc operational and administrative support to the Client & Operations Coordinator and founder as required.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable handling administrative tasks and structured processes.
- Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Tech-savvy, with an interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency.
- Curious about how businesses operate across digital-first and service-based industries.
0–3 years’ experience in an administrative, operations, office support, or junior operations role. Experience in a consultancy, professional services firm, or startup is beneficial but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
