In this role, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of key supplier accounts - building relationships, spotting growth opportunities, and helping customers get more value from Fresho. You’ll be the face of Fresho for your accounts: identifying upsell opportunities, driving product adoption, and ensuring our customers are set up for long-term success. This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-moving scale-up environment, loves building relationships, and has a track record of growing B2B accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Account Management & Relationship Building (30%): Own and grow a portfolio of supplier accounts across the UK. Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers (e.g. owners, directors, C-suite). Share data-driven content relevant to your accounts including Case Studies, New Feature Briefs, and educational content to enable their business goals. Act as a trusted advisor and product expert for your accounts. Manage renewals, pricing reviews, and contract amendments.
  • Revenue Growth & Upsell (30%): Use data to demonstrate the success and opportunities of their relationship with Fresho. Identify and close upsell opportunities (e.g. Payments, AI Ordering, Paid Support). Increase average revenue per account (ARPA) through solution selling. Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to introduce new features and products.
  • Platform Engagement & Product Adoption (30%): Increase customer usage of Fresho’s features (e.g. Inventory tools, Payments). Work with CX and Onboarding teams to support training and adoption. Gather customer feedback and relay insights to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Process & Reporting (10%): Maintain accurate records in Salesforce (meetings, calls, contacts, opportunities). Track account performance and report against key metrics (e.g. retention, ARPA growth). Contribute to process improvements and internal best practices.

Success Looks Like

  • High retention rates across your managed accounts.
  • Increased feature adoption across your accounts (Inventory, Payments, AI Ordering, etc.).
  • Smooth execution of annual price reviews and support with price change implementation.
  • Generation of new business through supplier referrals from existing accounts.
  • Reactivation of non-using but paying accounts to increase value and reduce churn.
  • Demonstrated collaboration with CX, Sales, and Marketing to drive shared account goals.
  • Regular flow of actionable product and market intelligence to the Product & Engineering teams.
