Our client is a UK-based financial services firm that is hiring a Transformation Enablement Director to lead behavioural and cultural change during a major enterprise transformation. Reporting to the Chief People & Sustainability Officer, the role focuses on embedding agile and product-centric ways of working across the organisation.
