We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Lead to help shape and deliver the operational blueprint for Store 1. This role is critical in laying the foundations for a scalable, high-performing retail model that will expand across London and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the operational roadmap for Store 1, aligned with long-term strategic goals.
- Lead on licensing, health & safety, compliance, and tech systems (e.g. SAP).
- Oversee hiring and workforce planning for store operations.
