Strategy Consultant - CDD

A boutique consulting firm is seeking an experienced strategy consultant to support on commercial due diligence (CDD) projects for retail and consumer clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess industry trends and commercial viability
• Evaluate business models and financial performance of potential of target companies
• Develop data-driven insights to support investment decisions
• Work closely with clients and senior stakeholders to present findings and recommendations
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate key due diligence findings

You will have:

• 3–5 years’ experience in strategy consulting
• Strong track record in commercial due diligence projects
• Experience in retail, consumer, or related sectors
• Ability to conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and financial modelling
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and presentations
