You will work within a merchant operations function, reporting into a senior operations lead, to support and scale merchant-facing products and partnerships. The objective of the project is to improve merchant experience and unlock new value through operational excellence, data-driven insights, and cross-functional delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage merchant products and service partnerships from concept through to scaled playbooks
- Own and progress strategic partnerships, including go-to-market planning and pipeline follow-ups
- Identify and resolve friction points in the merchant journey, including operational and service issues
- Work cross-functionally with product, legal, marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver improvements
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in strategy, operations, or consulting roles
- Background in fast-paced tech, marketplace, or FMCG environments
- Strong ownership mindset with experience optimising complex operational processes
- Solid analytical capability, including spreadsheet modelling and comfort working with data
