A client in a top tier global strategy consultancy is working on a variety of projects in the due diligence and strategy space. They are seeking Consultant to Engagement Manager level consultants from MBB level backgrounds. You will support a senior project lead on a top-tier strategy engagement focused on a high‑profile industry initiative. The role involves structured problem-solving, due diligence‑style analysis and the development of clear, senior‑ready outputs to inform strategic and implementation decisions. You will report to the project lead and own structured research, stakeholder engagement, and the production of a publishable report and supporting materials.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured market, commercial and operational analysis to support strategic and implementation decisions
  • Lead stakeholder engagement across financial institutions, regulators, market infrastructure providers and industry bodies, synthesising inputs into clear themes
  • Produce high‑quality written outputs including analysis, recommendations, and narrative‑ready sections for a published industry report (with supporting slides/appendices)

Requirements

  • Background in MBB / Tier 1 strategy consulting
  • Strong financial services experience (capital markets preferred), and/or digital assets ideal
  • Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, run market studies, and synthesise complex topics into client‑ready outputs
