The team specifically looks at how to acquire and engage the client's customers while achieving the best return on investment on our demand generation budget. By focusing on the planning and execution of their CRM campaigns, you will make sure we continue our impressive growth trajectory in one of the client's most important markets. This role will sit at the centre of their growth agenda, supporting projects that involve large-scale data analysis, critical thinking, product launches, and the end-to-end execution of growth initiatives and customer communications delivered to millions of users.

Responsibilities:

  • You will focus on acquiring and engaging customers through CRM while ensuring we achieve the best possible return on investment from our demand generation budget.
  • Plan and execute CRM and owned-channel campaigns across in-app, email, push, and other customer communication channels.
  • Own and coordinate the campaign calendar in collaboration with Marketing, Enterprise and Strategic Accounts, and Local Territory Operations teams.
  • Execute large-scale customer campaigns that support acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Analyse demand performance metrics, budget deployment, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve future campaign performance and customer growth.
  • Support and manage part of our suite of acquisition products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Marketing, Econometrics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, operationally complex, and dynamic environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including working with large datasets.
  • Experience with quantitative data analysis, modelling, and experimentation.
  • Proficiency in SQL, including writing queries to extract and analyse data.
