A client is seeking an Associate to join the team for an initial 10-week engagement, with potential extension into programme assurance. You will be embedded within the organisation, working closely with senior functional leaders to identify, validate and deliver cost optimisation and operational improvement initiatives across corporate functions. The objective is to drive sustainable cost take-out while assessing and prioritising pragmatic AI-enabled process improvements, reporting into senior programme leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead cost optimisation initiatives across HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing and IT.
- Assess operating models, organisational structures, processes and third-party spend to identify and size savings opportunities.
- Build robust business cases and implementation plans, partnering with functional leaders to support execution and benefits realisation.
- Identify, evaluate and prioritise AI and automation use cases, supporting development of a pragmatic AI adoption roadmap and programme governance.
Requirements
- c.5+ years’ experience from a top-tier consultancy (MBB+).
- Proven track record delivering material cost reduction and operational efficiency programmes across multiple corporate functions.
- Strong commercial, analytical and programme management capability with hands-on implementation experience.
- Practical understanding of AI, generative AI or intelligent automation, with experience applying these within support functions preferred.
