Freshminds has partnered with a boutique consultancy to find a Senior Consultant to deliver on strategic change and transformation projects for major organisations across the private sector. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role with high levels of ownership, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver high-impact projects. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, taking ownership from end to end and helping clients achieve strong measurable outcomes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering on high-impact transformation programmes for clients across retail, financial services, utilities and other major sectors
- Coaching client teams to strengthen capability and embed new ways of working
- Building trusted relationships with senior leaders and spotting opportunities to create further value
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ consulting experience in strategy, transformation, product management, cultural change or operating model design
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Degree-level qualification with a minimum 2:1
