A client in the consultancy sector is seeking a Risk Transformation Consultant to join the team for 4β6 weeks for their client in the fashion retail industry. You will lead a short, high impact risk transformation engagement, working independently and reporting into senior leadership. The objective is to assess the current risk framework and design a pragmatic future state operating model that strengthens operational and HSE risk while maintaining commercial agility in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead a current state assessment of risk governance, processes, controls and tooling
- Diagnose gaps across operational and HSE risk and identify priority improvements
- Design a future state risk operating model covering structure, roles and escalation
- Produce clear, implementable recommendations and a practical delivery roadmap
Requirements
- Background in risk transformation or risk advisory from consulting or interim roles
- Proven experience delivering as-is and to-be risk frameworks and operating models
- Experience in retail or other operationally complex environments
- Strong senior stakeholder engagement and ability to operate autonomously
