A leading public transportation company is seeking a Programme Manager to support the mobilisation of a high-profile operation.
As Programme Manager you will support your team in managing multiple workstreams within the PMO, liaising with various team members, managing timelines, reporting, KPIs, etc. and working closely with the PMO Lead.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on project execution performance against key milestone and KPIs.
- Working with a variety of stakeholders and connecting dependencies across work streams and teams.
- Setup programme governance and run transparent monitoring and reporting of risk & benefit.
- Communicating the change agenda clearly to key stakeholders across regions and being clear about accountability and project milestones.
Requirement
- 2-3 years’ experience from a management consulting firm is a must
- Previous experience supporting multiple workstreams on large & complex programmes in a heavy industry
- Previous experience in rail, energy, construction, transport, infrastructure, capital projects, aviation or equivalent, is a must
- Experience using PMO tools and methodologies

- Day rate: £250 – £350 PAYE (or up to £400 LTD)
