A client in the global entertainment and digital services industry is seeking a Program Manager to join the team for a 12-month contract. You will lead the end-to-end rollout of a global HR case management and self-service transformation, acting as the bridge between HR, technology and external vendors. Reporting into senior transformation leadership, the objective is to deliver a single, bespoke AI-enabled front door into HR services that improves colleague experience and drives measurable operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Ensure and manage delivery and phased rollout of a global HR case management program through to BAU
- Establish and run program governance, including steering forums and executive stakeholder engagement
- Act as the primary interface between HR, technology teams and third-party vendors/systems integrators
- Drive delivery of an AI-enabled front end integrated with a third-party case management platform, ensuring adoption and ROI targets are met
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering complex, large-scale technology programs, ideally within HR or people systems
- Strong understanding of HR operations, self-service models and case management solutions
- Solid technical grounding with experience integrating front-end and back-end platforms and managing vendors
- Confident, pragmatic leader with experience operating at executive level in regulated, federated environments
