A client in the EdTech sector is seeking an E-Learning Developer to join the team for 5 weeks. You will be responsible for building and delivering high-quality digital learning modules as part of a public-facing AI certification programme. Working closely with a Senior Instructional Designer and a small, senior team, your objective will be to bring learning designs to life within an LMS, ensuring an engaging and polished end-to-end learner experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and configure e-learning modules across a four-course AI certification programme
  • Translate learning blueprints and wireframes into fully functional LMS-based content
  • Develop interactive learning elements including assessments, multimedia, and user flows
  • Integrate video content, including innovative formats such as AI-driven or synthetic media
  • Support the creation of engaging assets, including animation and interactive components where required
  • Ensure consistency across modules in design, usability, and learner experience
  • Collaborate closely with instructional designers, video teams, and other stakeholders
  • Test and QA all modules to ensure functionality, accuracy, and performance
  • Ensure content meets public-domain approval and certification requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an E-Learning Developer within digital learning environments
  • Strong experience building content within LMS platforms
  • Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and multimedia integration
  • Experience implementing interactive elements, assessments, and learner journeys
  • Ability to interpret and build from detailed instructional design documentation (e.g. wireframes, blueprints)
  • Experience working with video content, animation, or emerging media formats is advantageous
  • Exposure to AI or technology-related learning content preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality delivery
  • Ability to work at pace within a collaborative, delivery-focused team

  • Day rate: £450 - £575 LTD DOE
