A global training and enablement consultancy is seeking a People Systems and Operations Specialist with a strong focus on HR technology and process optimisation. This role will sit within the People function and work closely with operations and finance stakeholders to deliver foundational improvements across systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the optimisation and full utilisation of HR platforms (e.g. HRIS, engagement tools, payroll integrations)
  • Drive automation of manual processes and support the globalisation of payroll operations, including EOR systems
  • Collaborate with finance and compliance teams to ensure operational alignment and regulatory adherence
  • Document processes and deliver training and handover for long-term ownership
  • Communicate tech changes clearly to the wider business and support adoption

Candidate Profile

  • Experienced in HRIS platforms, automation, and operational HR
