A global training and enablement consultancy is seeking a People Operations Generalist to serve as the operational anchor of the People Team. This role ensures the smooth, compliant, and efficient running of the employee lifecycle across our global footprint. It combines operational expertise with strong technical fluency and a continuous improvement mindset, supporting growth, compliance, and total reward strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage global payroll and benefits, including EOR models and compliance
- Oversee contracts, onboarding, and employment documentation across regions
- Maintain and optimise HR systems and data accuracy (e.g. BambooHR, Culture Amp, Fixer.ai)
- Drive automation and use AI tools to elevate the employee experience
- Partner with Finance and People colleagues to align operations with business needs
Candidate Profile:
- Experienced in global HR operations, payroll, and compliance
- Skilled in HRIS platforms, automation, and AI tools
