A client in the consultancy sector is seeking a Programme Manager for a hospitality client to join the team for a 3-month engagement. You will work closely with the client’s Director of Business Change, providing hands‑on delivery and assurance support across a portfolio of priority initiatives. The objective is to accelerate delivery, strengthen ExCo-level reporting and embed more effective portfolio management practices within the Enterprise PMO in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
Responsibilities
- Coach and support project managers to improve delivery momentum across priority initiatives
- Establish clear, concise ExCo-level portfolio reporting and assurance
- Strengthen portfolio management, governance and coordination within the Enterprise PMO
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and provide calm, credible support

- Manager-level experience in project or programme delivery
- Experience working within or alongside an Enterprise PMO
- Strong portfolio reporting, governance and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable operating autonomously in pressured, time-poor environments
