A client in the learning and digital education sector is seeking an Operations & Delivery Lead to join the team for an initial 3-month contract.
You will work across digital, learning and commercial teams to improve the delivery of an e-learning proposition. Working alongside the existing Project Manager and workstream leads, you will drive priorities, strengthen operational processes and help translate plans into action.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery across multiple digital and commercial workstreams.
- Establish clear plans, ownership, priorities and delivery routines.
- Identify and resolve risks, dependencies and blockers.
- Assess AI and automation opportunities that could improve product development and customer experience.
Requirements
- Experienced operations, programme or product delivery professional.
- Background in e-learning, L&D, digital products or subscription propositions.
- Strong commercial judgement and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on, delivery-focused approach with experience improving processes and ways of working.
