Freshminds has partnered with a fast-growing trading firm to find a reliable and process-minded Operations Analyst to support the business’s core systems and day-to-day operations. This is a business support and back-office role that plays a vital part in keeping the trading function running smoothly. What you’ll be doing:
- Running daily controls and reports from 7:30am to support trading systems (early finish)
- Monitoring trade flows and reconciling trades with brokers

- Working with internal teams and third parties to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations
Requirements:
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data (basic SQL a bonus)
