A client in the learning and enablement consultancy industry is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join the team on a fixed-term basis until end of 2026. You will support the day-to-day operational activity that underpins people, finance and systems, helping the business run smoothly as it scales. Reporting into the operations function, the objective of the role is to ensure reliable delivery of core processes and a positive internal experience across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate core operational processes across people, finance and systems
  • Manage travel, expenses, IT and equipment administration
  • Support onboarding, offboarding and internal communications initiatives
  • Maintain accurate systems, trackers and records while spotting small process improvements

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail
