Freshminds has partnered with a boutique consultancy to find an experienced Manager to lead strategic transformation projects for major UK and global organisations.
This is a varied, client-facing role working with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver high-impact change programmes. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, ensuring clients not only achieve results but have the capability to sustain them long after the project ends.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing transformation and planning engagements, from shaping strategy to delivering measurable outcomes for clients in retail, financial services, and other major sectors
- Building trusted relationships with senior leaders and spotting opportunities to create further value
- Leading and coaching client teams to strengthen capability and embed new ways of working
Requirements:
- 4+ years’ consulting or in-house transformation experience
- Strong track record in delivering strategic change programmes
