Our client is a consultancy working with a major consumer technology brand who are looking for a Training Localisation Manager to join the team for a 6 month contract. You will manage end‑to‑end localisation of training assets across EMEA, ensuring content is translated, culturally relevant, and delivered on time to support product launches and sales enablement. You will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders, market contacts, and external localisation vendors to deliver scalable, high‑quality training materials.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end localisation workflows, timelines, and delivery across EMEA
  • Coordinate the market opt-in process and track participation across regional teams
  • Review training and creative assets for regional suitability, scalability, and cultural relevance
  • Implement process efficiencies and leverage AI tools where appropriate to optimise cost, speed, and quality
  • Manage distribution of final approved assets and oversee execution of localisation for globally produced materials

Requirements

  • Experience in project management and localisation or regional training delivery
  • Proven ability to manage external agencies, translators, validators, and vendors
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and markets
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple timelines and launches simultaneously
  • Experience in budget tracking and operational process improvement, with familiarity in AI-enabled localisation tools as a plus
