A client in the financial services industry is seeking a Strategy Manager to join the team for a 12-month period. You will work closely with the executive leadership team and the central Strategy function to support the development and delivery of enterprise-wide strategy. Reporting into senior strategy leadership, the objective of the role is to help shape long-term direction, drive annual planning, and deliver high-impact strategic initiatives during a period of transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the annual enterprise planning process, working with Executive, FP&A, and senior stakeholders.
- Support governance and delivery of strategy, translating long-term objectives into clear priorities across workstreams.
- Scope and deliver structured analysis and recommendations for strategically important projects.
- Communicate complex strategic narratives clearly to senior leaders and wider business audiences.
Requirements:
- Background in strategy or management consulting, or experience within an in-house strategy function.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges.
- Experience delivering strategic projects and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego working style.
