Freshminds is supporting a boutique consulting firm on a People & Change Transformation engagement with a large corporate client. The project focuses on organisation design, people‑related transformation, and broader Transformation Management Office (TMO/TOM) activity. The engagement involves supporting ongoing organisational change initiatives, developing people‑centric frameworks, and enabling effective transformation delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead or support organisation design work, including structural design, role mapping, and defining roles & responsibilities.
- Advise on or develop reward and incentive frameworks aligned with transformation goals.
- Contribute to people‑focused transformation workstreams, ensuring new operating models and organisational changes are understood and adopted.
- Support broader TMO/TOM activity such as governance, programme oversight, reporting, and delivery management.
- Work closely with senior client stakeholders across People, Organisation, and Change functions.
- Prepare high‑quality materials that articulate frameworks, approaches, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal consulting teams and delivery partners to refine scope, timelines, and delivery cadence.
Requirements
- Manager or Senior Manager‑level consultant with strong experience in People & Change.
- Demonstrable background in organisation design, including role design and R&R definition.
- Experience with reward, incentives, or wider people‑related transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of TMO/TOM disciplines and transformation management structures.
- Prior experience in people and change consulting is highly valued.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to operate in fast‑paced environments.
