A client in the health information, analytics and publishing industry is seeking a Project Manager to join the team for 3 months.

You will support a Transformation Office delivering a complex, multi-workstream change programme across an international health-focused business. Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Transformation, you will help drive execution across project timelines, budgets, governance and stakeholder coordination, ensuring workstreams remain aligned to the wider transformation and growth agenda.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day delivery across multiple transformation workstreams, ensuring key milestones and timelines are achieved
  • Track budgets, risks, dependencies and actions, while supporting governance and status reporting across the programme
  • Coordinate stakeholders across product, sales and central functions, maintaining strong communication across teams and senior leaders
  • Support prioritisation and hands-on delivery across initiatives including AI-led propositions, go-to-market activity, operational improvement and people communications

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years’ project management experience, ideally within large and complex organisations
  • Strong organisational, reporting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage several workstreams at once
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, with a proactive and hands-on approach
  • Exposure to transformation or change programmes is preferred, alongside an interest in healthcare, pharma or data-led businesses

  • Day rate: Up to £500 LTD, depending on experience
  • Location: Remote, with occasional travel and CET working hours
