A top-tier client in the management consulting industry is seeking a European Commercial Operations Manager to join the team for a 14-month fixed-term contract.

You will support the European commercial leadership team in driving revenue growth, strengthening commercial performance, and improving business processes across multiple markets, sectors, and service lines.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across commercial, finance, people, and legal functions to deliver strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the European region.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver commercial reporting, pipeline analysis, sales conversion tracking, and ROI assessments to support business performance.
  • Support revenue budgeting, forecasting, pricing analysis, and performance reporting across sectors, service lines, client segments, and geographies.
  • Coordinate key go-to-market initiatives, account management activities, and support complex proposals and RFP submissions.
  • Produce market insights and business intelligence, while supporting digital enablement initiatives including AI-driven analytical tools and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience within strategy consulting, private equity, corporate strategy, commercial operations, or a similar analytical environment.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including advanced Excel capability and experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx.
  • Proven ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and operate effectively within a matrixed organisation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and deliver high-quality insights.
