A client in top-tier strategy consultancy is seeking a Due Diligence Consultant with strong Defence experience to join the team. You will work as part of a small, fastâpaced deal team, supporting senior leads on rapidâturnaround commercial assessments. The objective of the role is to bring deep sector insight and structured consulting discipline to short, demanding workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to CDD workstreams across defence and adjacent markets
- Rapidly build market, competitor and customer insights through targeted research and expert engagement
- Develop clear, structured analysis and translate findings into concise outputs for senior stakeholders
- Support the team in producing clientâready slides, models and summary materials under tight timelines
- Manage highâintensity sprints, shifting priorities and longâhour expectations typical of DD cycles
Qualifications
- 4+ years' experience in topâtier strategy consulting
- 10+ DDs completed, ideally including multiple defenceârelated or adjacent sector engagements
- Deep familiarity with defence industry dynamics, market structure and procurement environments
- Strong analytical capability, structured problemâsolving and excellent slideâwriting
- Comfortable working in demanding, timeâcompressed environments with frequent pivots
