A client in the retail and consumer goods industry is seeking a Customer Data Manager to join the team for a 12 month contract. You will lead the delivery and validation of a global Customer Data Platform, ensuring it is fully tested and ready for go-live. Reporting into a senior programme lead, you will work cross-functionally with business, technology and vendor teams to drive adoption, manage risk and establish a scalable, compliant data solution.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute end-to-end UAT strategy, including business validation across data, segmentation and customer journeys
- Develop and manage test cases covering data quality, logic, consent and lifecycle flows
- Lead migration from legacy systems, including data validation, reconciliation and cutover planning
- Establish governance frameworks and support post-launch stabilisation and adoption across markets
Requirements
- Strong background in UAT, data validation and go-live readiness
- Experience working across business, IT and third-party vendors in complex environments
- Hands-on experience with data tools such as SQL, Python, Snowflake or similar, with strong knowledge of data governance and GDPR
