Freshminds has partnered with a specialist management consultancy in the F&B and hospitality sector to find a Consultant. This is a client-facing role within a close-knit, collaborative team. As the business continues to scale, they are seeking someone with a strong consulting skill set and a data-driven approach who can bring structured thinking, analytical rigour and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering structured analysis and insight across strategy and performance improvement engagements
- Managing workstreams, developing client-ready deliverables and supporting senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Applying data-driven approaches to diagnose challenges and develop clear, actionable recommendations
- Contributing to business growth through collaboration, thought partnership and high-quality client delivery
Requirements:
- 2-5 years’ experience in consulting
- Strong analytical capability with confidence working with data, and a solid understanding of the UK tendering and procurement landscape
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with clients
- Interest in the F&B and hospitality sectors
Location: Hybrid, with regular presence (2–3 days per week) required in South-East Sussex during the initial months.
