A client in the consulting industry is seeking an Internal Commercial Specialist to join the team for 3 months. You will support the Industrials sector leadership in delivering key strategic and operational priorities, working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer. This role focuses on driving insight-led decision making and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to enhance sector performance and growth.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality analysis, reporting and insights to support leadership decision-making
- Prepare and deliver materials for leadership meetings, business reviews and sector discussions
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across teams such as Staffing, Finance, Marketing and HR
- Support business development and thought leadership through proposals, sector content and market insights
Requirements
- Experience in consulting, professional services, private equity, investment management or a similar environment
- Exposure to business development, proposal support, or thought leadership activities
- Experience of market research, sector analysis, and commercial reporting
- Experience supporting a sector, practice area, or business unit
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities
- Proven experience working with senior and executive stakeholders in a fast-paced setting
- Highly organised with a proactive, self-starting approach and strong attention to detail
