A client in the defence industry is seeking Senior Analysts, Consultants, Senior Consultants and Senior Managers to join the team for an initial 6‑month contract. You will support strategy, design and programme coordination across a range of key programmes. You will report to executive stakeholders internally and externally, preparing materials and insight reports to support strategic meetings and enable informed decision‑making.
Responsibilities
- Support strategy development, programme planning and design across complex defence initiatives
- Coordinate workstreams, ensuring alignment, progress monitoring and effective communication
- Develop high‑quality documentation, presentations and insight packs for executive‑level meetings
- Engage with senior stakeholders to shape programme direction and address delivery challenges
- Conduct analysis to inform decision‑making and support programme governance
- Depending on level, lead work packages, manage junior team members or oversee multiple workstreams
Requirements
- MBB background / top-tier Strategy House (e.g. OC&C) - Pure strategy consultant experience is a must
- Strong experience in strategy, programme design, transformation or programme coordination
- Ability to work credibly with executive‑level stakeholders in fast‑paced environments
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills
- Active SC Clearance is essential
- For senior levels: demonstrated leadership and delivery ownership across complex programmes
